All other religions have only one literature like Bible, Koran, Gurugrantha Sahib, Dharma paatha and so on. But Hindus have thousands of literature, written by thousands of Rushies, in thousands of subjects, for the last many thousand years ( Prof. Dr. A.K. Biswas et al, the history starts from BC 8275 +/- 75 based o archeological evidence given in ‘Mineral and Metals of ancient India’). Why we have so many literature ? Answer: Our forefathers were aware that one book is not enough to give all the needed messages for human beings because knowledge is so vast. Thousands of books in thousands of subjects written by thousands of scholars are needed for individuals having different tastes.
